About Our Program
Queen City Independent Living Program is a non-medical independent living organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving seniors ages 55+ and veterans throughout Charlotte and the surrounding areas. We provide safe, affordable, and supportive living environments designed to help individuals maintain their independence while staying connected to their community.
Serving the greater Charlotte metropolitan area, our program offers housing paired with non-medical supportive services, including budgeting assistance, job search support, and help navigating applications for services such as SNAP, Social Security, and veteran resources. Our approach is centered on dignity, choice, and stability—creating welcoming spaces where seniors and veterans can thrive, remain independent, and feel at home.
